Please download and complete the New Member Application Form: Word Version | PDF Version

The form must be submitted to the Secretary by post or email (details are on the form). The secretary will forward your application to the committee for consideration. If approved, you will be contacted again regarding payment of your joining fee ($20) and applicable annual membership fee.
